Symptoms

Hosts with personal accounts enabled are not visible in connections despite both conditions below:

  • Personal accounts are enabled on affected hosts
  • Affected users have the corresponding roles

Solution

  • For LDAP users: make sure unix_account is correctly mapped from LDAP
  • For AD users: make sure windows_account is correctly mapped from AD
  • For local users: make sure unix_account and/or windows_account is set correctly
