Symptoms
Hosts with personal accounts enabled are not visible in connections despite both conditions below:
- Personal accounts are enabled on affected hosts
- Affected users have the corresponding roles
Solution
- For LDAP users: make sure
unix_account
is correctly mapped from LDAP - For AD users: make sure
windows_account
is correctly mapped from AD - For local users: make sure
unix_account
and/orwindows_account
is set correctly
